I am Jo Beckett a Counsellor, Life coach, Hypnotherapist, Louise Hay facilitator, IEMT practitioner and OldPain2Go therapist. I offer therapy sessions, working holistically and drawing on my experience in various modalities, providing a safe, supportive and confidential space. I offer sessions in person and remotely. 

My interest in therapies began whilst teaching in Hong Kong and studying various healing modalities. From there I went on to travel and study health for the mind, body and spirit, eventually specializing in psychological therapies.
